FEP

FEP
FEP ( Fluorinated Ethylene-Propylene) is the softest and most flexible of the fluoropolymers. It is the preferred choice for long length requirements and with excellent electrical properties (stable over changing frequencies and temperatures), this makes it an ideal choice for use in data cables and coaxial.

LSI 155

LSI 155 is a cross-linked material with outstanding physical and mechanical properties, particularly abrasion and cut-through resistance.

PFA

PFA
PFA (Perfluoro alkoxy alkanes) shares many of PTFE’s exceptional properties but with the added benefit that it can be processed by normal means, allowing for longer lengths and larger sizes that are possible with PTFE.

PTFE

PTFE
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. PTFE is unique amongst the fluoropolymer materials as it processed by either cold ram-extrusion or tape-wrapping and is then sintered at high temperatures to set the material.

HFI

Halogen Free Insulation materials

HFI 90 H, 90 L

HFI 90 H, 90 L
HFI 90 H is a low cost insulation with very good mechanical and electrical properties making it ideal for use in data cables (twisted pairs and coaxials).

HFI 121 XL

HFI 121 XL
HFI 121 XL is a flexible, Halogen Free, Flame Retardant (HFFR) insulation material which is cross-linked to provide good all-round mechanical and chemical resistance properties.

HFI 140

HFI 140
HFI 140 is a dual-wall insulation material designed and approved to Def Stan 61-12 Part 18: Limited Fire Hazard Equipment Wires.

HFI 147

HFI 147
HFI 147 is a thin-wall, general purpose Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) insulation material. HFI 147 is a tough material with good mechanical properties and good allround chemical resistance.

HFR

Halogen Free Rubber insulation and sheath materials

HFR 150

HFR 150
HFR 150 is a very flexible rubber material ideal for use in higher temperatures. Although there is a trace of chlorine among the additives used, it is low enough to enable the material to be rated as halogen free.
